Single Storey Rear Extension with 2 sky pods, creating a large open plan family room and separate utility.
The work involved a substantial extension programme involving people with plumbing, painting and decorating, carpentry, excavation of groundworks and bricklaying, electricians and design skills - plus the incorporation of substantial steels requiring great expertise and stamina. Their tidiness, courtesy, and quality of workmanship merits a score of 10 whilst timekeeping merits a score of 8.
The team are highly skilled, loyal and customer-focused – and a pleasure to have working on the project. These characteristics were needed because of the weather, the difficulty of obtaining materials from suppliers and the prevailing financial and viral possible threat.
Throughout, progress was created because of their energy, imagination and ideas, enterprise, stamina and 30+ years of experience.
The cost of the project was approximately that in the original contract though we commissioned significant extra work.
In summary, we would strongly recommend. We are happy to have this assessment published.

Single Storey Rear Extension, hallway reconfiguration, paved garden and garden outbuilding/office.
During our meetings they sat down with us and went through everything we wanted and made some suggestions which we incorporated into the final design. They came up with ideas that we would never have thought of and created a more suitable layout.

Once the works began they just got on with the work.​ Really impressed with the workmanship and how polite the team were. The site was tidied every day before they left and they were very accommodating whilst working.
