The work involved a substantial extension programme involving people with plumbing, painting and decorating, carpentry, excavation of groundworks and bricklaying, electricians and design skills - plus the incorporation of substantial steels requiring great expertise and stamina. Their tidiness, courtesy, and quality of workmanship merits a score of 10 whilst timekeeping merits a score of 8. The staff are highly skilled, loyal and customer-focused – and a pleasure to have working on the project. These characteristics were needed because of the weather, the difficulty of obtaining materials from suppliers and the prevailing financial and viral possible  threat. Throughout, they created progress because of their energy, imagination and ideas, enterprise, stamina and 30+ years of experience. The cost of the project was approximately that in the original contract though we commissioned significant extra work. In summary, we would strongly recommend.
